🔁 Return Policy

At RCB Mods , our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

📦 Requirements for a return

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging .

  • It is mandatory to attach the receipt or proof of purchase .

Do not return your order to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-returnable products

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Customized or modified products

💸 Partial refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Items damaged or missing parts not attributable to our error

  • Returns received more than 14 days after delivery

✅ Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return, we'll send you a confirmation email and notify you if it's been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

⏱️ Late or missing refunds

If you still don't see your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Check with your bank (it may take a few days to process, approximately 5)

🎁 Items on sale

Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who placed the order.

  • Return shipping costs are free.

  • We do not refund original shipping charges.

If you're returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
