1. Are the watches automatic or quartz?
All our watches are automatic and feature the renowned NH35 movement, known for its reliability and precision. They don't need a battery: they charge with the movement of your wrist.
2. Can I fully customize my watch?
Yes. You can choose from different dials, bezels, hands, straps, and more. Our interactive configurator lets you see how your design will look in real time.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our watches are hand-assembled one by one. Total shipping time is typically 7 to 14 business days , depending on order volume and your location.
4. Where are orders shipped from?
All watches are assembled and shipped from Spain . If you're within the European Union, you won't pay customs duties.
5. Can I make changes to my design once I have placed my order?
Yes, but only within the first 12 hours of placing the order . Please contact us as soon as possible at contacto@rcbmods.com , including the order number.
6. Do the watches have a warranty?
Yes. All our watches come with a two-year warranty against movement malfunctions or assembly defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or impacts.
7. Can I return my watch if I don't like it?
As these are custom-made products, we do not accept returns for changes of mind . Returns are only accepted for defects or errors in the order.
8. What materials are used?
We use high-quality stainless steel (904L on some models), sapphire crystal, and components that meet luxury watch standards.
9. Can I send a gift with direct shipping to someone else?
Of course. When placing your order, you can specify a different shipping address and add a personalized message if you wish.
